Shipping Policies
Given the sensitive and fragile nature of the product, a shipping fee of Rs. 150 will be charged. Please note, these are standard shipping rates. Rest assured, the items are packed with utmost care so that they reach you safely in perfect condition.
Product will be dispatched within 3-4 days.
Return/Damage Policies
While we ensure that all items are packed and shipped with utmost care, due to the fragile nature of the products there is a possibility in unfortunate circumstances that the product might take some damage during shipping. In such a scenario, a refund or a replacement will be provided on case to case basis post understanding the nature of damage/defect. That being said, it is our top priority that products reach our customers in perfect condition.
Payments
We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.
Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
